1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to J-Maxim Transport. By accessing our website, mobile application, or using our transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to seat availability.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfers through our secure payment gateway.
  • J-Maxim reserves the right to cancel any booking that appears fraudulent.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are eligible for a refund, subject to a 10% service charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling depending on availability.

4. Passenger Conduct

To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, we reserve the right to refuse service to any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or hazardous. Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited on all J-Maxim vehicles.

5. Baggage Allowance

Each passenger is entitled to one medium-sized suitcase (max 20kg) and one carry-on bag. Excess luggage will be charged according to our current logistics rates. J-Maxim is not liable for fragile items not properly declared and packaged.
